My Bankin' plan has been debited twice. What do I do?

Duplicate charges may occur when you sign up for two memberships within a short period of time. 

  1. Purchases made on an app store can be refunded from your iTunes or Google Play account
  2. Paypal users may request a refund within 60 days from the client interface
  3. 3) If you've subscribed through Stripe, contact our support at support@bankin.com
