My Bankin' plan has been debited twice. What do I do?


Have you noticed a double charge on your account? This could be due to having signed up for two memberships within a short period of time.

  • You've subscribed through a store (App Store/Play Store): the refund can only be carried out from your iTunes or Google Play account.   
  • You've subscribed through Paypal: you have 60 days to ask for a reimbursement from your client interface.
  • You've subscribed through Stripe: contact us at support@bankin.com.
